Warehouses play a particularly important role in the total supply chain managements. Due to increasing demand for online retailing and higher demand for FMCG product. warehouses are required in every part of the country.

From structural engineering design point of view, these warehouses are almost of standard design. The nature of forces and their magnitude and soil condition are the only variable. This raise the need to have a standard precast concrete pedestal to receive the PEB structure and plinth wall to support the wall and contain the plinth.

Reinforced Concrete Precast pile excellent tensile capacity to meet the requirement of industrial foundation. These piles can be further customized to provide require structural capacity.

Apart from piles, XPC provide ready to install, precast concrete pedestal and precast plinth wall. These pedestals come with the provision for foundation bolts. For effective load and moment transfer, basement can be fixed directly with the re-bar of piles.

Post alignment of pedestal, grouting can be done, and plinth wall can be fixed. Being a factory produce product, it does not require plaster.
