Xpile Precast Concrete Pvt. Ltd. Produce precast concrete pile product for the construction industry. Based on the client requirements, Xpile does the design, manufacturing, supply and installation of reinforced concrete piles, prestress concrete piles and high strength precast hollow piles.
Precast concrete piles are extensively used all over the world, especially in the eastern Asian countries. Precast pile offers higher strength, uniform sections along the length, better resistance against water penetrations. Due to centrifugation compaction method, the spun piles are extremely durable and offer good resistance to corrosive atmospheric actions.
RC piles are square in cross section and are available from 150mmx150mm & above sizes as per the technical requirements of site . PHC piles are circular in cross section and ranges from 300mm & above. These piles are manufactured in a length starting from 3 meters & above. These piles are manufactured in factories in controlled environment & delivered to site, Xpile commit to install 10 pile in one day.
Hollow piles consume less concrete, are lighter in weight. High concrete grades results in high strengths, which in turns reduces the No. of pile requirement in a project. Precast piles eliminate the requirements of liner. Overall saving of up to 40% can be achieved by using PHC piles.
Faster rate of installation brings down the foundation construction time to 1/3 whit out compromising the quality of work. Immediate loading post installation is possible.
